Shipping, Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY RULES & RESTRICTIONS

We offer free shipping for all purchases within Australia. At this stage, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are processed on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends will be processed the next workday. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Given the made-to-order nature of our products, with each piece being carefully hand-filled and packed, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped. 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the delivery company. If your order is delayed beyond 21 days, contact us at info@hausofariya.com.

We will deliver to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure your details are accurate, as we are not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery caused by incorrect information.

Orders within Australia are dispatched from Sydney.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why every full-sized fragrance includes a complimentary sample vial of the same scent. This allows you to experience your fragrance before unsealing the full bottle.

Use the sample vial first. If the scent isn’t for you, you may return the unopened, unused, full-sized bottle within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The full-sized fragrance must be in original packaging, unopened and unused with the plastic film on the box intact. We reserve the right to deny a refund if items are returned late, used or damaged in any way. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping at the customer’s expense is non-refundable. This includes purchases that have been returned to the sender due to incorrect address or failure to collect.

EXCHANGES

  • We do not offer exchanges, due to the made-to-order nature of our fragrances. If you decide you want to return your purchase, you may do so within the timeframe to receive a refund, to which you then can re-purchase your desired fragrance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@hausofariya.com.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start your return, please email our Customer Care team at info@hausofariya.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • 2-3 clear photos of the unopened item (showing the plastic seal intact)

Our team will respond with the next steps and return instructions.

All returns must be posted in the mail within the respective timeframe, as any orders returned to our warehouse outside of this may be denied.
